Catapult People was founded by Patrick Comerford in 2004 when he saw opportunities to do a better job in initiating training programmes and job placements for long term unemployed Australians. Catapult People still performs these services, but since 2006 has also evolved to become a specialist in the initiation and management of skilled migration projects for Australian employers.

Our personnel have travelled overseas numerous times in the last five years to develop in-country agent arrangements and to successfully source candidates for employers in Australia.

We have team of highly dedicated staff, associates and contractors, with values for the respect of the individual and client rights.

Those who might be interested in a career with Catapult People can come from any background or nationality, but they must have the required level of dedication and respect for the individual.

Patrick is the current CEO of Catapult People, but continues to work on many cases personally and keeps a hands-on involvement on a day to day basis.
